Annual Benefits Open Enrollment 2021 for Full-Time Employees
Monday, November 1, 2021 through Friday, November 12, 2021 - Open Enrollment has ended.

The Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period is the once-a-year opportunity to assess your benefit elections and:

  • Health Care Plan:  Enroll, waive coverage, or make a change to the dependents who are enrolled.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Plan:  Enroll online in an account for calendar year 2022

    You must make a new online election to participate in the FSA Plan.  Your 2021 election will NOT carry forward into 2022. 

  • Supplemental Life Insurance Plan:  Enroll or increase your current election.  After-tax contributions are required and may change each January 1.
  • Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance Plan:  Change your coverage option.  If you are enrolled in Enhanced Option B, C, or D, you are required to make after-tax contributions which may change each January 1.

The deadline for electing a calendar year 2022 Flexible Spending Account and making changes to your other benefit options is Friday, November 12, 2021.  Please refer to the “What You Need To Do” information within each section for instructions on how to enroll and make a change.

Elections and changes made during the Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period will become effective January 1, 2022.  (Your effective date for Supplemental Life Insurance Plan and Long-Term Disability Insurance Plan changes may be different.)  If you do not elect or make changes during this period, your next opportunity to do so will be during next year’s Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period unless you experience a qualified life event during the year.  Examples of qualified life events are: marriage, birth/adoption of a child, divorce, a change in employment status, or loss of other health care coverage.  You have 31 days from the event date to notify a Benefits Representative in order to make changes to your coverage.
