Each four-student suite has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a common dining and kitchen area. Features include air conditioning, a lounge and workroom, vending machines, and laundry rooms.
The first 10 floors consist of double- and triple-occupancy rooms. Higher floors consist of double and quad occupancy suites. The basement holds a large laundry room, two work/study rooms, a lounge, and a kitchen.
Each floor of this female-only residence hall has a community bathroom and a laundry room and refrigerator. Most rooms are doubles, although there are some air-conditioned suites. A lounge, workroom, and kitchen are on the first floor.
Returning students live in loft-style suites with private bathrooms and kitchens. Features include air conditioning, a lounge and workroom, laundry room, computer lab, and a fitness center.
Both new and returning students are welcome to opt in to gender-inclusive housing, which means you can live with roommates of any sex or gender identity.
How to Apply
Check your eligibility for housing, and get details about gender-inclusive housing or living on campus for the spring semester or winter and summer sessions.
A meal plan is required for students living in Alumni, Nagler, and Coed Halls. You can choose a plan based on how many meals you think you'll eat on campus. You'll always find some tasty and healthy options in the Dubinsky Center Dining Hall, including fresh sushi and made-to-order salads.
Preparing Your Budget
Start planning for the school year by calculating the costs of living on campus. We include the dining plan and break down the charges by semester and by full academic year.
If you decide to live off campus, log into MyFIT and access listings throughout the boroughs, or reach out to agents and brokers who offer a reduced fee for FIT students.
